Guam Public Contracting and Procurement

The Guam Procurement Law spans close to 130 pages, not including 14 additional chapters of rules and regulations. This can make complying with all legal requirements a challenge to prospective vendors and the government. That is why having a legal team experienced with public contracts and procurement can prove to be an advantage. Our attorneys have decades of experience and understand the unique issues that can accompany doing business with the government. We use our experiences in the private and public sector to provide strategic advice on submission of bids and negotiation of proposals, contract administration and formation, and the filing and defense of bid protests. We also represent clients in litigation and appeals to the Office of the Public Auditor, the Superior Court of Guam, and the Supreme Court of Guam.

We also understand that hiring an attorney in every procurement is not practical for most businesses. We offer training on the procurement process and law that can be tailored to focus on practical areas of need.

If you have questions about the procurement process or are interested in our services, contact us at (671) 989-2023 or via email at team@camachotaitano.law
